Arthur was born and raised in the Philippines. He began tattooing in 2010. Arthur’s favorite styles to tattoo include black and gray, color, American traditional, Japanese traditional, and floral pieces. A good friend of Arthur’s from the Philippines encouraged and influenced him to become a tattoo artist.
